I can draw or paint pretty much anything you want but the thing I’m asked about most is Pet Portraits.
Book a Pet Portrait
To book a commission for your special furry, hairy or scaly pet picture, I take a 50% deposit. This is non-refundable unless an unlikely event stops me for completing your piece. The balance is then due on completion.
At the time of booking I’ll give you an approximate timescale as to when you can expect your portrait. Nearer the time I will give you an accurate start date.
Before your start date it’s a good idea to get some good photos of your pet, see photography tips below. If your pet has sadly passed away, please send me any photos and I’ll see if they’re suitable.

8″ x 10″ – Single head and shoulder portrait, one subject – £145
10″ x 12″ – Single head and shoulder portrait, one subject – £175
14″ x 20″ – Single or double head pet portrait – £265

Photo Tips
- A real camera is best, but if you have a high-spec camera on your smartphone that will be fine.
- Take your photos outside in natural light or inside in good light.
- Try and get down to your pet’s eye level, making sure they are fully in focus and that there isn’t flash in their eyes – it’s all about the eyes!
- Don’t crop or edit your photos as that can decrease the resolution.
- Please send your photos as attachments (at ‘Original Size’ if given the option on a smartphone).
- The position and pose of your pet is your decision, or you can send me a few different photos and I’ll decide which will look the best.
